Need consideration about parseNames option. (Asian culture naming problem)

There is a need to consider about Asian naming, <last> <first>. Currently, both 0.2 and 0.3 versions parse an asian name as like a Westen naming style, <first> <last>.

Here's patches that solve this problem.

Thanks for the patches, I committed them (see Bug 22093) so your changes will be in version 0.2.11 and 0.3.
