Backup for Thunderbird

What"s the best way to backup Thunderbirds contact list only. I do not wqnt to backup my hard disks or have to go through a restore in Windows7.

I believe MozBackup should be able to backup your contacts.  If you have a Google Account you could also synchronize your contacts between Thunderbird and Google using gContactSync.
